プロジェクト管理手法
プロジェクト管理手法は、ビジネス要求の変化や、IT環境の進歩により、従来のウォーターフォール手法から、アジャイル手法やクラウドソリューション導入手法へと、どんどん変化しています。しかし、どの手法にも利点、欠点があり、多くのプロジェクトでは、それらの利点をミックスした混合型手法を採用しています。例えば、ウォーターフォール型のWBSに従い、アジャイル型のスクラムミーティングを行い、クラウド型のSaaSソリューションを導入するとかです。私たちはお客様の業態や管理基準、ルールを理解した上で、最適なプロジェクト管理手法を提案し、その運用のお手伝いをいたします。
Project Management Methodology
Project management methodologies are rapidly changing from traditional waterfall type to agile type or cloud type, due to changing business requirements and advances in the IT environment. However, each method has advantages and disadvantages, and many projects use a mixed method. For example, we follow a waterfall’s WBS, have agile scrum meetings, and implement a cloud-based SaaS solution. We will understand client’s business type, management standards, and rules, and then suggest the most appropriate methods.
PM/PMO：PMは、プロジェクト管理責任者を示し、PMOは、PMを支援するための担当者、チーム、組織を示す。通常PMOはPMの組織上の直下ではなく、サイドに位置づけられ、権限などに差異がある。
プロジェクト管理支援の進め方
以下は標準的なウォーターフォール型プロジェクトで、PM/PMOが作成準備する管理資料です。お客様の管理基準を加味した上で、適宜カスタマイズいたします。
Project Managing Procedure
The following are the standard waterfall project management documents to be prepared by PM/PMO. We will customize them accordingly, considering client's management criteria.
プロジェクトのスケジュール
DXソリューションが決定するまでと、決定してからでは、プロジェクトの様態が異なります。以下にソリューション決定後、導入プロジェクトを立案する場合の標準的なスケジュールを示しています。前提は、ウォーターフォール型の管理を基本に、クラウドソリューションを導入するという想定です。これはDX戦略によってスケジュールが大きく変わりますので、別途、提案させていただきます。
Project Schedule
The project will look different before and after the DX solution is determined. Below is a typical schedule for planning an implementation project after a solution has been determined. The assumption is that a cloud solution will be implemented based on a waterfall management approach, but the schedule will vary greatly depending on the DX strategy. we will suggest separately.
